1 General Terms & Conditions

Tck44 (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including those based in Bangladesh.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• You are of sound mind and are participating on the platform of your own free will.
• You are not currently subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

We may request proof of age verification at any time. Failure to provide proof may result in a temporary account suspension. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on tck44 are accepted and settled in accordance with our established rules. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or data feed issue, we reserve the right to void the affected bets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, if the event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If there is evidence of match-fixing or predetermined outcomes, all related bets will be voided.
• If contradictory bets on the same event (arbing) are detected, both bets may be voided.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a disconnection during live betting, it will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

7 Security & KYC Verification

Tck44 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. To ensure security, we may request the following documents at any time:

• Recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank document)
• Selfie photo (to verify identity against submitted documents)

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours after documents are submitted. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other players or the platform
• If bots or automation software are used
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity

If an account is closed without any breach of rules, the remaining balance will be refunded. However, in confirmed cases of fraud, we reserve the right to forfeit the balance.

10 Changes & Updates

Tck44 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email, and the date of the latest update will be displayed at the top of the page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account immediately.
